About Us The Capital Area Constables Association is a non-profit entity dedicated to professionalizing and promoting the role of the constable in Pennsylvania. We provide training, skill development, representation, and community service throughout the Central PA region.

Who We Are |
Based in Steelton, PA, we are a part of the community. Our facility hosts community events and public functions as well as training for law enforcement and the public. Our members have been active in training and legislative initiatives designed to improve the constable system.
We believe that the PA constabulary is a critical part of the administration of justice in the Commonwealth, and our members proudly serve courts throughout the Commonwealth. Additionally, we provide support to local law enforcement for events throughout the Capital Region. In 2014, our association expanded our membership state-wide. |
