CCA Member Grievance Complaint Form

Our by-laws outline the process of how the CCA addresses grievances against another member.

Article 8 COMMITTEES
Section 7: Grievance Committee shall attempt to resolve, through investigation and recommendation, any grievance submitted in writing, by or against a member of this association. The Grievance Committee shall be composed of the Board of Directors, except for the Sgt. Of Arms, and two members at large. If the grievance is submitted against of the committee members, the Sgt. Of Arms shall serve in his/her place.

Article 11 PROPRIETY
Section 3: Before the question of suspension or dismissal can be raised at any meeting, the secretary shall give written notice to the membership at least ten (10) days prior to said meeting by the grievance committee.
