PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF INTERESTED IN SERVING ON ANY COMMITTEES IN 2022.  OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE MADE AT THE JANUARY 2022 MEETING

Finance (2) - Committee responsible to communicate with the Association’s Treasurer in establishing an itemized budget, review the budget quarterly to ensure we are meeting our goals, establish a list of annual capital expenditures, and will perform an annual internal audit. Committee will assist in assuring all association licenses are renewed.

Recruitment/ Retention (3) – Committee responsible for developing programs to assist in recruiting new members and programs to retain current members. Committee will also assist with planning Family Nights and New Member Mixers.
Legislative committee(3)- shall scrutinize all bills affecting the constable system, interview members of the legislature, oppose any bills that are detrimental to the constable system, and perform such other duties as may be directed.

By-Laws (3) - Committee responsible for the updates and review of the association by-laws.

Training/Education (3)- Committee responsible for scheduling and organizing CCA sponsored training events.

Honor Guard (8) - Committee responsible for all honor guard details. Committee members MUST be able to purchase Honor Guard Uniform and meet to practice.

CCARN (3)- Commonwealth Constable Assoc Radio Network. Responsible for the promotion and growth of the CCARN in PA. Establish policies and procedures for the CCARN.

Commendation (2) - The CCA Commendation Committee will be composed of the Board of Directors, the previous years' Constable of the Year, and two CCA members "at large". The Committee will meet each November to review nominations received throughout the year and determine if any commendations should be awarded.

Grievance Committee (2)-Grievance Committee shall attempt to resolve, through investigation and recommendation, any grievance submitted in writing, by or against a member of this association. The Grievance Committee shall be composed of the Board of Directors, except for the Sgt. Of Arms, and two members at large. If the grievance is submitted against of the committee members, the Sgt. Of Arms shall serve in his/her place.

Steering Committee (3) - The Steering Committee is responsible for the "future of the CCA".  This committee will work with the board to discuss long range goals to ensure the association is being steered in the right direction.
